Bob
I’m just proud to be born in Scotland
and that,
but I’m also proud to be
a member of the United Kingdom.
I’m proud to be a member
of such a civilised society.
And I’m proud to be 76 year old,
and I’m still healthy and fit.
I don’t know what’s going to happen
with Scotland,
but I have a strange feeling
the Scottish people will always survive
because it’s built in your blood,
it’s in your veins to survive.
We’re no’ going to give in to nothing,
really.
We’ll have a lot of disagreements about,
‘Should we do this or should we do that?’
‘Should we do–’ the next thing,
but go back in history.
We’ve always come to the fore eventually,
you know.
So my hopes for the future
of Scotland are–
I’m going to be optimistic and say that,
the future generations
has got nothing to worry about.
So on and so on! [laughs]
